TED Talk: Simon Sinek: How Great Leaders Inspire Action I have seen this talk several times, and it inspires me to keep doing what I am doing on a daily basis.  This talk has inspired me to write a book about my why immediately.  That way I only go into business with people that understand in believe in the same WHY’s that God has instilled in me!

A New Anniversary Date: April 27, 2011
So I had an emotional rollercoaster of a day today.
