Alex Grey on Joe Rogan: Coincidences Ensue

JRE #274 - Alex Grey, Brian Redban from JoeRogan on Vimeo.

Holy crap that was amazing!  What an awesome and inspiring interview.  I just went and bought a bunch of art from the AlexGrey.com website, and while listening to the interview was going through his artwork and realized I had posted one of his pieces months ago that had been one of my favorite artworks clarifying my peacefulness with death in the most beautiful way.  Life is a beautiful interweaving of coincidence and meaning when you listen and follow your intuition.  Read and listen to things that connect you to a higher purpose, and watch life fall into a divine path. Thanks to Joe Rogan for constantly providing us with great inspiration.

Native American Creed - My Beliefs

I am a big fan of Tom Vine’s Falling Dominoes Productions, and today I watched his latest video “Where White Men Fear to Go”.  The end has the prolific Russell Means reading George Catlin’s Creed, a mantra he wrote after spending years living with and understanding Native American culture.  There were many great quotes in this film, but this by far touched me the most.

  • I love a people that have always made me welcome to the very best that they had.
  • I love a people who are honest without laws, who have no jails and no poorhouses.
  • I love a people who keep the commandments without ever having read or heard them preached from the pulpit.
  • I love a people who never swear or take the name of God in vain.
  • I love a people “who love their neighbors as they love themselves”
  • I love a people who worship God without a Bible, for I believe that God loves them also.
  • I love a people whose religion is all the same, and who are free from religious animosities.
  • I love a people who have never raised a hand against me, or stolen my property, when there was no law to punish either.
  • I love and don’t fear mankind where God has made and left them, for they are his children.
  • I love a people who have never fought a battle with the white man, except on their own ground.
  • I love a people who live and keep what is their own without lock and keys.
  • I love a people who do the best they can. And oh how I love a people who don’t live for the love of money.

Fort Worth Brain Tumor Walk

Nine months ago our friend Tim Sparkman’s brother, Rick Sparkman, was diagnosed with GBM (Glioblastoma Multiforme). GBM is a type of brain cancer and unfortunately there is no cure.  Momentis representatives, employees from the Dallas office, and their families took part of the National Brain Tumor Societies’ “Brain Tumor Walk” event amongst hundreds of other participants.

How Great Leaders Inspire Action: Simon Sinek

Sky Rocket Sundays #1

Last week I found these mini-documentaries through @JoeRogan ‘s Twitter and became completely obsessed.  They inspired me to take my life to the next level mentally, physically, emotionally, relationally and financially by creating a community of others that meet regularly for the swift kick in the ass we all need to keep up the momentum of living higher lives.

Today was our first gathering with myself, Rockett, Omar and Misha of what we are calling Sky Rocket Sundays.  Watching, listening and learning together, taking notes, pausing to put on meditation music and write notes when Tony Robbins tells us what to pause and reflect on.  Occasionally taking a stretch break to allow me to dance to Black Eyed Peas around the apartment. And watching inspirational Joe Rogan clips to keep our consciouses wide open and to split it all up :)

I am so excited about my Sundays Sky Rocketting me to the next level of my life in every way with a community of loving, like minded people!

Together we will

Open up our minds.

Open up our energy.

Be Informed.

And not be poor, lonely, unproductive dumbasses.

Listen to our latest We Met on Chatroulette episode with guests Omar and Misha.

Listen to Tony Robbins 1 hour a day for the next 7 days. (email me if you want the link to join our audio group)

Watch these Joe Rogan inspired films by Falling Dominoes Productions. (Many many thanks to you and all the passion you focused to create these amazing inspirational pieces of moving art!)

And see you next Sunday!!!
